About the Horn Academy PTO

The Horn PTO was formed solely to support Horn Academy with all the monies that are raised. Recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Horn Academy PTO was incorporated in 2003 with the mission of

  • Supporting and enhancing the educational experience at Horn Academy by fundraising and organizing school and family activities; and

  • Strengthening the relationship between home and school by promoting and encouraging communications and good relationships among parents, teachers, the administration and the community.

About This Web Site

Belinda Rossiter, 2004-2005 PTO President, started the first Horn Academy PTO web site in 2003, while serving as first vice-president. In the fall of 2004, Horn parents Debbie Campbell and Wade Johnson updated the site to its current design and began maintaining it. Debbie and Wade have continued to maintain the site since then.
