The Tuesday Red Folders
If the PTO person you are trying to reach has
a different last name than their child, be sure to put the child's
name on the item too. Please limit this delivery method to items
that can be placed in the Tuesday red folders. Items that are
not placed in the Tuesday red folders may get lost in children's
backpacks, plus we should not be asking teachers to handle deliveries
on other days of the week.

Various Mailboxes at School, near the Office:
- "PTO" - We check this box most days of the week and redirect
items as needed.
- "PTO President" - Items left here reach the PTO president.
- "PTO Treasurer" - Ditto the PTO treasurer.
- "VIPS" - Use this mailbox to contact the Volunteers
in Public Schools chair.

The PTO Filing Cabinet Opposite
the Nurse's Clinic
Every defined position in the PTO (except those with mailboxes
as mentioned in the previous bullet) has a hanging file in the
PTO cabinet. If you know the person or position you need to reach,
you can put items in their hanging file. These files may not get
checked often, so if you have put something urgent in a file,
it might be best to let the appropriate person know that it's
there.

apprises the PTO on important opportunities and issues and recommends
